UPDATE
This error is obsoleted since we released ImageVault.EPiServer.UI v11.6.92. Newer versions of that package all support TinyMce v2 (and thus EPuServer.CMS v11.5.2).

Symptoms
If you upgrade your Episerver site to EPiServer.CMS v 11.5.2 and uses ImageVault.EPiServer.UI v11.6.40-11.6.66, you will get an error message stating
While loading .NET types from "ImageVault.EPiServer.UI" the following error(s) was reported:
- System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type "EPiServer.Editor.TinyMCE.IDynamicConfigurationOptions" from assembly "EPiServer.Cms.TinyMce, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=8fe83dea738b45b7"
TL;DR
Downgrade to EPiServer.CMS v11.5.0
More information
This error occurs since EPiServer.CMS changed it's dependency to EPiServer.Cms.TinyMce version 2.1 where this type is removed.
We have released ImageVault.EPiServer.UI v11.6.68 which puts a dependency for EPiServer.Cms.TinyMce version <2.0 and using this hinders you to upgrade to EPiServer.CMS 11.5.2.
It's compatible with EPiServer.CMS 11.5.0 and we are working on a new version that is compatible with EpiServer.Cms.TinyMce version 2 (and EPiServer.Cms 11.5.0)
