Unfortunately a bit tricky, yes! We are still waiting for some additional information from the vendor we are currently using. I will be able to give you a more specific answer when we have that information in place since we need that to decide on the best solution forward.

Support for Webp is confirmed for the next release of the component, but unfortunately, we have not been able to get a definite answer regarding Heic or the release date yet.

We are evaluating alternative solutions as well that might get us moving forward faster. Please contact me directly if you want to discuss ways to prioritize this more.

We are currently working on getting the support for those formats included in the image conversion component we are using, and will implement the support in ImageVault as soon as it´s avaialable. Obviuosly we are also investigateing alternative solutions.
